Creating Your Account

Learn how to sign up for Spojit and set up your workspace.

Overview

Creating a Spojit account gives you access to the workflow designer, connector catalog, knowledge base, and execution history. Sign-up is self-service and takes about a minute - you provide an email and password, confirm via a verification email, and land in a fresh workspace ready to use.

Every account belongs to at least one workspace. A workspace is the container for your workflows, connections, knowledge collections, team members, and billing. When you sign up, Spojit provisions a workspace for you automatically.

Before You Start

  • A working email address that can receive verification messages.
  • A password of at least the minimum length shown on the sign-up form.
  • If your organization uses an email allowlist, your address must match an approved domain.

Steps

  1. Visit app.spojit.com/signup, enter your email and password, and submit the form.
  2. Open the verification email Spojit sends and click the confirmation link. The link expires after a short window, so confirm promptly.
  3. After verifying, you're redirected into your new workspace and dropped on the Dashboard.
  4. Open Settings -> General to set your workspace timezone (schedule triggers use this timezone) and the AI assistant model preference.
  5. If you're collaborating with others, open Settings -> Members, click Invite Member, enter their email, pick a role (Admin, Member, or Viewer), and send the invite.

What You Get

  • Workspace - automatically created for you when you sign up.
  • Owner role - full control over members, billing, connections, and workflows in the workspace.
  • Starter credits - included on the free plan so you can run workflows immediately.
  • Access to all connectors - browse and add any connector from the catalog, subject to plan limits.

Tips

  • Use a shared inbox (for example a team alias) for the account owner so access doesn't get tied to one person leaving the company.
  • Set your workspace timezone in Settings -> General before building Schedule triggers - they fire in the workspace timezone.
  • Invite at least one teammate as Admin so you're not the only person who can manage billing and members.

Common Pitfalls

  • The verification email landing in spam. If it doesn't appear within a minute, check junk folders and resend from the sign-up screen.
  • Signing up with a personal email when your organization has SSO or an email allowlist - check with your admin first.
  • If you receive an invite to a different workspace, accept the invite from the email; that workspace becomes available alongside the one created on sign-up.
