Knowledge and Slack: Brand-Voice Caption Helper Template

A creator pings a webhook with a post idea, Spojit drafts a caption in their brand voice, and posts it to Slack for a quick thumbs-up.

What It Builds

A Webhook trigger receives a short post idea. A Knowledge node in Query mode pulls from your brand-voice collection (past captions, tone notes, banned phrases) to draft a caption that sounds like you. A Slack connector node then posts the draft into a channel so you can approve or tweak it before publishing.

The Prompt

Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:

Build a workflow triggered by a webhook that receives a post idea. Use a Knowledge node in Query mode against my brand-voice collection to draft a social caption that matches my tone, then post the draft to my #content-drafts Slack channel asking for approval.

Connectors Used

  • Webhook trigger - kicks off the run when you send a post idea.
  • Knowledge node (Query mode) - applies your brand-voice collection to draft the caption.
  • Slack - posts the finished draft to a channel for approval.

Customize It

Swap #content-drafts for any channel, point the Knowledge query at a different collection per brand or client, or ask for two caption options instead of one. You can also tell Miraxa to include a suggested hashtag set or a character-count limit so the draft fits each platform.

Tips

  • Build the brand-voice collection first: embed a handful of your best captions so the draft has a tone to imitate.
  • Give the Slack connection access to the target channel before your first run.
  • Want a hard sign-off step? Add a Human approval node before anything posts publicly.
