Front and Resend: Fan Question Auto-Acknowledge Template
A Spojit template that catches new fan questions in Front on a schedule and fires off an instant branded acknowledgement through Resend, so supporters know their message landed while you draft a real reply.
What It Builds
A Schedule trigger runs every few minutes and a Front connector node pulls newly arrived inbound conversations. For each unacknowledged message, a Resend connector node sends a short, friendly "we got your question" email from your own domain. Supporters get a same-minute reply while you take the time to write a thoughtful answer.
The Prompt
Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:
Build a workflow that runs every five minutes, checks Front for new inbound fan questions that have not yet been acknowledged, and for each one sends a short branded acknowledgement email through Resend that thanks the supporter by name, confirms their message was received, and says a personal reply is on the way. Tag the Front conversation as acknowledged so it is not emailed twice.
Connectors Used
- Schedule trigger - runs the workflow on a recurring cron interval in your timezone.
- Front - reads new inbound conversations and tags them once handled.
- Resend - sends the branded acknowledgement from your verified sending domain.
Customize It
Change the interval (every 5, 10, or 15 minutes), the Front inbox or tag the workflow watches, and the acknowledgement copy and subject line. You can swap in a specific reply-to address or vary the message based on whether the question came from a known supporter.
Tips
- Verify your sending domain in Resend first so acknowledgements land in the inbox, not spam.
- Always tag or flag acknowledged Front conversations so the same fan is not emailed on the next run.
- Use a Connector node in Direct mode for the Front read and Resend send to keep this fast and AI-cost-free.
