Shopify and Monday: Merch Inventory Restock Tracker Template

A scheduled workflow that checks Shopify merch inventory levels and updates a Monday.com board so you know which items to reorder before a drop sells out.

What It Builds

A Schedule trigger runs on a cron you choose (for example every morning). A Shopify Connector node in Direct mode pulls current inventory quantities for your merch products, a Condition node flags anything below your restock threshold, and a Monday.com Connector node writes or updates an item on your tracking board with the product, current stock, and a "reorder" status. The result is a living restock list you check at a glance, built and wired together by Spojit.

The Prompt

Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:

Build a workflow that runs every morning at 8am, reads the current inventory quantity for each of my Shopify merch products, and for any item with fewer than 25 units left, creates or updates an item on my Monday board "Merch Restock" with the product name, current stock count, and a status of "Reorder".

Connectors Used

  • Schedule trigger - runs the check on a cron schedule in your timezone.
  • Shopify - reads inventory levels for your merch products.
  • Monday.com - creates or updates items on your restock board.

Customize It

Change the 8am run time, the 25-unit threshold, the board name Merch Restock, or the status label to match how you track reorders. You can also narrow it to a single product collection or add a units-to-reorder figure to the prompt so the board tells you exactly how much to buy.

Tips

  • Your Shopify connection needs read access to products and inventory; the Monday.com connection needs write access to the target board.
  • Keep the Shopify node in Direct mode for a clean, no-AI inventory read; reserve Agent mode for steps where you want it to decide between tools.
  • Match the schedule to your reorder lead time so flagged items reach you with enough runway before a drop.
