Klaviyo and Monday: Audience Growth Snapshot Template

What It Builds

A Schedule trigger fires once a week and a Connector node reads your Klaviyo list size and recent campaign performance. A second Connector node writes those numbers as a new item on your Monday board, giving you a running snapshot of how your audience is growing and how each send landed.

Every Monday at 8am, pull my Klaviyo total subscriber count for my main list plus the open rate and click rate of campaigns sent in the last 7 days, then create a new item on my Monday board "Audience Growth" with the date, subscriber count, weekly net new subscribers, average open rate, and average click rate.

Connectors Used

  • Schedule trigger - runs the snapshot weekly on a cron schedule in your timezone.
  • Klaviyo - reads list membership counts and campaign open and click metrics.
  • Monday - creates the snapshot item on your chosen board.

Customize It

Change the day and time in the prompt, swap the board or list name, or adjust the lookback window from 7 days to a fortnight. You can also add fields like unsubscribes or revenue per campaign, or point it at a different Monday board for a separate brand.

Tips

  • Give your Klaviyo connection read access to lists and campaigns so the metrics resolve cleanly.
  • Keep each Connector node in Direct mode for predictable, no-AI-cost reads and writes.
  • Match the column names in your prompt to the columns that already exist on the Monday board.
