Knowledge and Resend: On-Brand Sponsor Reply Template
When a brand emails about a collaboration, this Spojit template pulls your media-kit and rates from a brand-voice collection and sends a polished, on-brand reply with pricing.
What It Builds
An Email trigger watches your inbox for incoming collaboration requests. A Knowledge node in Query mode searches a persistent collection that holds your media kit, audience stats, and rate card. A Resend node then sends a reply from your own domain that matches your voice and includes the right pricing for the ask.
The Prompt
Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:
Build a workflow that triggers on a new inbound email about a brand collaboration, queries my "brand-voice" knowledge collection for my media kit, audience stats, and rate card, then uses Resend to email the sender an on-brand reply that summarizes my offering and quotes pricing that fits what they asked for.
Connectors Used
- Email trigger - starts a run when a brand emails your connected inbox.
- Knowledge - Query mode pulls your media kit and rates from the
brand-voicecollection. - Resend - sends the on-brand reply from your own verified domain.
Customize It
Change the collection name to match yours, name the exact fields to quote (flat rate, per-deliverable, bundle pricing), and tune the tone in the prompt (warm, concise, premium). You can also tell it to add a media-kit link or hold replies for asks under a certain budget.
Tips
- Embed your media kit and rate card into the
brand-voicecollection first so the Query node has something to retrieve. - Verify your sending domain in Resend so replies land in the inbox, not spam.
- Keep rates current in the collection: update the document and every reply stays accurate without editing the workflow.
