Mailhook and Front: Brand-Deal Email to Support Inbox Template
Turn sponsorship emails sent to a Mailhook address into tagged Front conversations so your creator team triages every brand deal in one shared inbox.
What It Builds
A Mailhook trigger gives your workflow its own dedicated @mailhook.spojit.com address. Forward (or list) that address for sponsorship and partnership outreach, and every incoming email kicks off a run in Spojit. The email is created as a conversation in Front, then an Agent-mode Connector node reads the subject and body, classifies the deal type, and applies the right tag so your team can sort paid partnerships, gifting, and spam at a glance.
The Prompt
Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:
When an email arrives at my Mailhook address, create a new conversation in Front with the sender, subject, and body, then read the message and add a tag of "paid", "gifting", or "spam" based on the type of brand deal it describes.
Connectors Used
- Mailhook trigger - the dedicated inbound address that starts a run on every sponsorship email.
- Front - creates the conversation in your shared inbox and applies the tag.
Customize It
Swap the three tag names for ones that match your own workflow (for example "negotiating" or "signed"), or change the inbox the conversation lands in. You can also tell Miraxa to assign each conversation to a specific teammate, or to only file emails whose subject mentions "sponsor" or "collab".
Tips
- Connect Front with a token that can create conversations and apply tags.
- The Agent-mode Connector node handles classification; add a Response Schema if you want the tag returned as structured JSON.
- Publish your Mailhook address on your media kit so brands email it directly.
