Mailhook and Monday: Brand-Deal Inquiry to Pipeline Template

Turn brand sponsorship inquiries emailed to a dedicated address into tracked items on your Monday.com sponsorship pipeline board, automatically.

What It Builds

This Spojit template gives you a dedicated Mailhook address that creators can share in their media kit. Every inbound brand-deal email starts a run: a Connector node in Agent mode reads the message, extracts the brand name, proposed budget, and deliverables, then creates a new item on your Monday.com pipeline board with those fields populated. No more inquiries lost in a crowded inbox.

The Prompt

Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:

Build a workflow with a Mailhook trigger so brands can email a dedicated address. When an email arrives, read it and pull out the brand name, proposed budget, and the deliverables they are asking for, then create a new item on my Monday.com sponsorship pipeline board with the brand name as the item name and the budget and deliverables filled into their columns.

Connectors Used

  • Mailhook trigger - your own @mailhook.spojit.com address that fires a run on every inbound email.
  • Monday.com - creates the new pipeline item with the parsed fields.

Customize It

Name your Monday board and the exact columns in the prompt so the fields map cleanly. You can add more fields to extract, such as contact_email, deadline, or platform, and route them into matching columns. Want a heads-up too? Ask for a Slack message or a Send Email summary when a high-budget deal lands.

Tips

  • Agent mode handles the messy, free-text reality of inquiry emails better than a fixed parser; switch the create step to Direct mode once your column mapping is stable.
  • Connect your Monday account with permission to write to the target board before the first run.
  • Add a Condition node if you only want items created for emails that actually mention a budget.
