Knowledge and Resend: RFP Response for Property Management Bids Template

When a property-management RFP lands in your inbox, Spojit drafts a tailored reply from your past proposals and service terms, then sends it from your own domain via Resend.

What It Builds

An Email trigger watches a monitored mailbox for incoming management-RFP emails. A Knowledge node in Query mode searches a collection of your past proposals, fee schedules, and service terms to assemble accurate answers, and a Resend Connector node emails the drafted response back to the sender from your verified domain. The result is a fast, on-brand first response without copy-pasting boilerplate.

The Prompt

Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:

Build a workflow that triggers on a new email containing a property management RFP. Query my Knowledge collection of past proposals and service terms to draft a tailored response that addresses the buildings, units, and services mentioned, then email that draft back to the sender from my domain using Resend with the subject "Re: Property Management Proposal".

Connectors Used

  • Email trigger - starts a run when an RFP email arrives in your connected mailbox.
  • Knowledge - queries your collection of past proposals and service terms to draft the reply.
  • Resend - sends the drafted response from your verified domain.

Customize It

Change the Knowledge collection name to match where your proposals live, adjust the subject line, or have the prompt include a pricing range, a service tier, or a request to flag RFPs that fall outside your coverage area for manual review.

Tips

  • Embed your strongest past proposals into the Knowledge collection first so drafts pull from proven language.
  • Verify your sending domain in Resend before going live, or replies may be rejected.
  • Add a Human approval node before the Resend step if you want a person to review high-value bids.
