Monday.com and Resend: Weekly Seller Status Update Template

A weekly schedule reads each active listing from your Monday.com board, drafts a friendly progress note, and emails it to the seller through Resend.

What It Builds

A Schedule trigger fires once a week and pulls every active listing row from your Monday.com board. For each one, an Agent-mode Connector node writes a warm, plain-English update covering recent showings and buyer feedback, then a Resend Connector node sends that note to the seller's email address. The whole loop runs in Spojit with no manual chasing.

The Prompt

Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:

Build a workflow that runs every Monday morning, reads each active listing from my Monday.com board, drafts a friendly progress note covering this week's showings and buyer feedback, and emails it to that listing's seller through Resend.

Connectors Used

  • Schedule trigger - runs the workflow on a weekly cron with your time zone.
  • Monday.com - reads active listing rows and seller contact details from your board.
  • Resend - sends the drafted update from your own verified sending domain.

Customize It

Change the day and time in the prompt to suit your sellers, point it at the exact board and status column that marks a listing active, and tell it which fields to mention (price changes, open-house counts, days on market). You can also set the tone, from breezy to formal, all without writing a second prompt.

Tips

  • Verify your sending domain in Resend first so seller emails land in the inbox, not spam.
  • Use Agent mode for the note so the AI can vary the wording per listing; keep the Monday.com read in Direct mode for predictable, no-cost data fetching.
  • Add a Condition node to skip listings with no showings that week so sellers only hear from you when there is something to say.
