Monday.com and Resend: Weekly Seller Status Update Template
A weekly schedule reads each active listing from your Monday.com board, drafts a friendly progress note, and emails it to the seller through Resend.
What It Builds
A Schedule trigger fires once a week and pulls every active listing row from your Monday.com board. For each one, an Agent-mode Connector node writes a warm, plain-English update covering recent showings and buyer feedback, then a Resend Connector node sends that note to the seller's email address. The whole loop runs in Spojit with no manual chasing.

Customize It

Tips
- Verify your sending domain in Resend first so seller emails land in the inbox, not spam.
- Use Agent mode for the note so the AI can vary the wording per listing; keep the Monday.com read in Direct mode for predictable, no-cost data fetching.
- Add a Condition node to skip listings with no showings that week so sellers only hear from you when there is something to say.
