Resend and Knowledge: New Tenant Welcome Pack Template

When a new tenant moves in, this Spojit template pulls your building rules and amenity details from your property docs and emails a personalized welcome pack from your own domain.

What It Builds

A Manual trigger kicks off the run for a named tenant and unit. A Knowledge node in Query mode searches your embedded property documents for the relevant building rules, parking, bin nights, and amenity access for that unit. A Resend connector node then sends a polished welcome email from your domain, with the pulled details woven into a friendly message.

The Prompt

Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:

Build a manually triggered workflow where I enter a new tenant's name, email, and unit number. Query my property documents knowledge collection for that unit's building rules, parking and bin-night details, and amenity access, then use Resend to email the tenant a warm, personalized move-in welcome pack from my domain that includes those details.

Connectors Used

  • Manual trigger - you start each run and supply the tenant's name, email, and unit.
  • Knowledge node (Query mode) - retrieves the right rules and amenity details from your embedded property docs.
  • Resend - sends the welcome email from your verified sending domain.

Customize It

Change the prompt to add fields like lease start date or a property manager contact, adjust the email tone, or point the query at a building-specific collection. You can also swap in a Schedule trigger to send the pack the morning of move-in instead of on demand.

Tips

  • Embed your handbook, house rules, and amenity guides into a persistent Knowledge collection first so the query has something to retrieve.
  • Verify your sending domain in Resend before going live so the welcome pack lands from your brand, not a generic address.
  • Keep the Knowledge query focused on the single unit to avoid mixing rules from other buildings.
