Monday and Resend: Stale Listing Price-Review Reminder Template

This Spojit template runs on a weekly schedule, scans your Monday.com listings board for items sitting past a days-on-market threshold, and emails each agent a price-review reminder from your own domain via Resend.

What It Builds

A Schedule trigger fires the workflow once a week. A Connector node reads your Monday.com listings board, a Condition and Loop isolate items whose days-on-market exceed your threshold, and a final Connector node sends each item's assigned agent a price-review reminder through Resend. The outcome: stale listings never go unnoticed, and agents get a nudge to revisit pricing.

The Prompt

Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:

Every Monday at 8am, read my Monday.com listings board, find every listing that has been on the market longer than 30 days, and email the agent assigned to each one a price-review reminder from my own domain using Resend, including the listing address, list price, and days on market.

Connectors Used

  • Schedule trigger - runs the workflow weekly on a cron schedule in your time zone.
  • Monday.com - reads the listings board and each item's days-on-market and assigned agent.
  • Resend - sends the reminder email from your verified sending domain.

Customize It

Change 30 days to your own staleness window, swap the day and time in the schedule, point at a different board, or add fields like neighborhood or last-price-drop date to the email. You can also reword the reminder copy directly in the prompt to match your agency's tone.

Tips

  • Verify your sending domain in Resend before the first run so reminders do not land in spam.
  • Keep the Monday.com read node in Direct mode for a fast, no-AI-cost board fetch; use Agent mode only if you want Miraxa to interpret loosely structured columns.
  • If a listing has no assigned agent, add a fallback address so the reminder still reaches someone.
