Webhook and Klaviyo: Buyer Lead Nurture Template

When a buyer submits your portal lead form, this Spojit template creates or updates their Klaviyo profile and drops them into a price-range nurture list so drip emails start on their own.

What It Builds

A Webhook trigger receives each lead-form submission, then a Klaviyo Connector node in Direct mode creates or updates the buyer profile with their name, email, and budget. A Condition node routes them by price range, and a final Klaviyo step subscribes them to the matching nurture list so the right drip sequence begins automatically.

The Prompt

Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:

Build a workflow that triggers on a webhook from my property portal lead form. Take the buyer's name, email, and budget from the payload, create or update their profile in Klaviyo, then add them to a price-range nurture list (under 500k, 500k to 1m, or over 1m) so their drip email sequence starts automatically.

Connectors Used

  • Webhook trigger - receives the lead-form submission from your portal.
  • Klaviyo - creates or updates the buyer profile and adds them to a nurture list.

Customize It

Change the price-range bands in the prompt to match your market, swap the list names for your own Klaviyo lists, or add fields like preferred_suburb or bedrooms to the profile. If your portal posts to a non-native form tool, ask Miraxa to connect to its API instead of a webhook.

Tips

  • Give the connection a Klaviyo private API key with profile and list write scope.
  • Keep the Klaviyo step in Direct mode for a fixed create-or-update, no AI cost.
  • Secure the Webhook trigger with an HMAC signing secret so only your portal can fire it.
