Mailhook and Monday: New Listing Intake Template
Forward a new-listing email to a dedicated address and Spojit logs the property on your Monday.com board automatically.
What It Builds
This template uses a Mailhook trigger that gives the workflow its own email address. When an agent forwards a listing email to it, an Agent-mode Connector node reads the message and extracts the address, price, beds/baths, and listing agent name. A Monday Connector node then creates a new item on your listings board, so every property that lands in the inbox becomes a tracked record.
The Prompt
Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:
Build a workflow with a Mailhook trigger so agents can forward new-listing emails to it. Read each forwarded email, extract the property address, asking price, number of beds and baths, and the listing agent's name, then create a new item on my Monday.com listings board with those details filled into the matching columns.
Connectors Used
- Mailhook - the trigger; gives the workflow a unique email address that any forwarded listing kicks off.
- Monday - creates a new item on your listings board with the extracted fields.
Customize It
Change the board name in the prompt to point at your real Monday.com board, and adjust the extracted fields (add square footage, MLS number, or neighborhood) to match your columns. You can also tell Miraxa to set a status column like New or post to a different board for rentals versus sales.
Tips
- Share the Mailhook address with your team so anyone can forward a listing without logging in.
- Use Agent mode for the extraction step since listing emails vary in wording and layout.
- Connect your Monday account with a token that can write to the target board.
