Shopify and Resend: Refill Reminder Sequence Template
A scheduled Spojit workflow that finds repeat retail customers in Shopify who are due for a reorder and emails them a branded refill reminder through Resend.
What It Builds
A Schedule trigger runs the workflow on a recurring cadence. A Shopify Connector node pulls recent customers and their order history, a Loop node walks each customer, and a Condition node checks whether enough days have passed since their last purchase of a refillable item. Customers who qualify get a personalized refill reminder sent through the Resend connector. This is retail reorder nudging only, no clinical or health-record handling.
The Prompt
Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:
Build a workflow that runs every morning, looks up customers in Shopify whose most recent order of a reorderable product was about 25 days ago, and for each one sends a branded refill reminder email through Resend with their first name, the product they last bought, and a reorder link.
Connectors Used
- Schedule trigger - runs the sequence daily on a cron cadence with your timezone.
- Shopify - reads customers and order history to spot who is due for a reorder.
- Resend - sends the branded refill reminder from your own verified domain.
Customize It
Tune the prompt to fit your catalog: change the 25 days reorder window, point it at a specific product tag or collection, adjust the schedule (for example weekly), or rewrite the email copy and subject line. You can also cap reminders so a customer is only nudged once per cycle.
Tips
- Verify your sending domain in Resend first so reminders land in the inbox, not spam.
- The Shopify read uses Direct mode, so this lookup adds no AI cost.
- Start with a narrow product list or a small customer batch, confirm the timing in the logs, then widen the window.
