Mailhook and Resend: Intake Form Confirmation Template
When a customer registration or intake form arrives by email, this Spojit template sends a branded acknowledgement back to the sender confirming their details were received.
What It Builds
A Mailhook trigger gives the workflow its own email address, so every intake or registration form forwarded to it starts a run. A Connector node in Agent mode reads the form to pull the sender's name and email, then a Resend node sends a branded confirmation from your own domain acknowledging receipt and outlining what happens next.
The Prompt
Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:
Build a workflow that triggers when an email arrives at a mailhook. Read the customer registration or intake form in the message to extract the sender's name and email address, then use Resend to send them a branded confirmation that acknowledges their details were received and tells them our team will be in touch within one business day.
Connectors Used
- Mailhook - the trigger; forms emailed to the workflow address start each run.
- Resend - sends the branded confirmation from your verified sending domain.
Customize It
Adjust the prompt to change the confirmation wording, the response time you promise, or the from-name and reply-to. You can also have it pull extra fields, such as a phone number or membership type, and echo them back in the confirmation so the customer can verify what you captured.
Tips
- Verify your sending domain in Resend before going live, or confirmations may land in spam.
- Agent mode handles forms with varied wording or layout; switch the send step to Direct mode for one fixed, predictable email tool call.
- Keep it retail and admin only: acknowledge receipt of details, not any clinical or health information.
