Mailhook and Resend: Auto-Reply to Quote Requests Template
When a quote-request email lands at your Spojit Mailhook address, this template sends an instant, branded reply from your own domain through Resend.
What It Builds
A Mailhook trigger gives the workflow its own inbound email address. Every message that arrives starts a run, exposing the sender, subject, and body. A Connector node in Direct mode then calls Resend to send an immediate acknowledgement back to the original sender, confirming you received their request and outlining next steps. No manual triage required.
The Prompt
Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:
Build a workflow with a Mailhook trigger so quote requests email into Spojit. When a message arrives, use Resend to send a branded reply from sales@mydomain.com to the original sender, thanking them for their quote request, confirming we received it, and telling them our team will respond with pricing within one business day.
Connectors Used
- Mailhook - the trigger; supplies the inbound address and the incoming email fields (from, subject, body).
- Resend - sends the auto-reply from your verified domain.
Customize It
Edit the prompt to change the from address, the reply copy, or the promised turnaround time. You can also have Miraxa add a CC to your sales inbox, or attach a PDF rate sheet so every requester gets your pricing guide automatically.
Tips
- Verify your sending domain in Resend first so replies pass authentication and avoid spam folders.
- Keep the Resend node in Direct mode for predictable, no-AI-cost sends; switch to Agent mode only if you want Miraxa to tailor wording per request.
- Share your Mailhook address on your contact page or set it as the reply-to on a quote form to route requests straight in.
