Front and Monday: Resolved Conversation Project Log Template

A nightly workflow that lists the day's resolved Front conversations and records each one against its client project on a Monday.com board for a clean delivery audit trail.

What It Builds

A Schedule trigger fires once a night and a Front connector node pulls every conversation that was resolved that day. For each one, a Monday.com connector node adds a row to the matching client project board with the subject, the assignee, and the resolution time. The result is a tidy, self-updating log of closed client conversations that Spojit maintains for you without any manual copy-paste.

The Prompt

Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:

Every night at 11pm, list all Front conversations that were resolved today and, for each one, add an item to the matching client project board in Monday.com with the conversation subject, the assignee, the customer, and the time it was resolved.

Connectors Used

  • Schedule trigger - runs the workflow nightly on a cron you set, in your timezone.
  • Front - lists the conversations resolved during the day.
  • Monday.com - creates one project-log item per resolved conversation.

Customize It

Change 11pm to your preferred run time, or switch to a weekly cadence. Adjust which fields land on the board (add the tag list or message count), point it at a single board instead of per-client boards, or filter to one inbox so only billable work is logged.

Tips

  • Give the Front connection read access to the inboxes you want audited so nothing is missed.
  • Use Direct mode on the Monday.com node for a fixed column mapping; use Agent mode if board structure varies per client.
  • Match the Schedule timezone to your team's working hours so "today" lines up with the day you mean.
