Klaviyo and Stripe: VIP Spend Segment Template
On a schedule, this Spojit template pulls your top-spending Stripe customers and tags their Klaviyo profiles into a VIP segment so sales and marketing always prioritize your highest-value accounts.
What It Builds
A Schedule trigger fires on a cron you choose (for example, every Monday morning). A Stripe Connector node lists customers and their lifetime spend, a Condition node keeps only those above your threshold, and a Loop node walks the survivors. For each one, a Klaviyo Connector node finds the matching profile by email and tags it as VIP, ready to power a dedicated segment.
The Prompt
Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:
Build a workflow that runs every Monday at 8am, pulls my Stripe customers with total lifetime spend over $2000, and for each one finds their Klaviyo profile by email and adds a "VIP" tag so they land in my VIP segment.
Connectors Used
- Schedule trigger - runs the workflow on a cron you set, in your timezone.
- Stripe - reads customers and their total spend.
- Klaviyo - finds profiles by email and applies the
VIPtag.
Customize It
Change the $2000 threshold, the schedule (daily, weekly, monthly), or the tag name to match your segment. You can also swap the match key from email to phone, or add a second tag tier such as Platinum for your very highest spenders by adjusting the prompt's numbers and labels.
Tips
- Give your Stripe connection read access to customers and your Klaviyo connection write access to profiles and tags.
- Use Direct mode for these steps: each action is one exact tool, so there is no AI cost.
- Run it on a wide schedule first and check the execution log before tightening the threshold.
