Mailhook and Klaviyo: Event Signup Lead Capture Template

Forward your event and webinar signup confirmation emails to a Spojit Mailhook address and let the workflow add every attendee to a Klaviyo nurture list automatically.

What It Builds

This template gives you a dedicated Mailhook address. When a signup confirmation email lands there, a Connector node in Agent mode reads the message and extracts the attendee's name, email, and the event they registered for. A Klaviyo Connector node in Direct mode then creates or updates the profile and adds it to your nurture list, so no registrant slips through the cracks.

The Prompt

Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:

Create a workflow with a Mailhook trigger so I can forward event and webinar signup confirmation emails to it. For each email, extract the attendee's full name, email address, and the event or webinar name, then add or update that person as a profile in Klaviyo and subscribe them to my "Event Nurture" list with the event name saved as a property.

Connectors Used

  • Mailhook - the trigger; forward signup emails to your generated @mailhook.spojit.com address to start each run.
  • Klaviyo - creates or updates the attendee profile and adds it to your nurture list.

Customize It

Change the list name in the prompt ("Event Nurture") to target a specific campaign, add fields like company or job title for the extractor to pull, or have it tag profiles with the event date so you can segment by upcoming session.

Tips

  • Use a Klaviyo API key with profile and list write scope so the subscribe step succeeds.
  • The Agent-mode extractor handles varied email layouts; if your confirmations are uniform, a Response Schema keeps the output fields consistent.
  • Set up an email forwarding rule so signup confirmations reach the Mailhook address without manual forwarding.
