Front and Monday.com: Sales Inquiry to CRM Lead Template

When a new sales conversation lands in Front, this template creates a matching lead item on a Monday.com board and tags the Front conversation so reps see it in both places.

What It Builds

A Webhook Trigger fires the moment Front receives a new inbound conversation. A Connector node reads the sender, subject, and message body, then a second Connector node creates a new lead item on your Monday.com board. A final Connector node applies a tag back on the Front conversation so your team knows it is already tracked in the CRM. No manual copying between inboxes and boards.

The Prompt

Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:

Build a workflow that triggers by webhook when a new sales conversation arrives in Front, creates a lead item on my Monday.com "Sales Pipeline" board with the sender name, email, subject, and message body, and then tags the Front conversation "In CRM".

Connectors Used

  • Front - reads the inbound conversation and tags it once the lead is created.
  • Monday.com - creates the lead item on your sales board.
  • Webhook Trigger - starts the run when Front receives a new conversation.

Customize It

Change the board name from Sales Pipeline to your own, swap the tag text from In CRM to whatever your team uses, or name extra column values such as Source or Owner to populate on the Monday.com item. You can also narrow the trigger to a specific Front inbox in the prompt.

Tips

  • Connect both Front and Monday.com in Spojit first so Miraxa can wire the right account.
  • The lead-creation step works well in Direct mode for predictable column mapping; use Agent mode if you want it to infer the deal value or priority from the message.
  • Make sure your Front API scope can both read conversations and apply tags.
