Mailhook to Monday: Inbound Sales Lead Capture Template
This Spojit template turns inbound sales inquiry emails into structured lead items on a Monday CRM board, with no manual copy-paste.
What It Builds
A Mailhook trigger gives this workflow its own dedicated inbound email address. Any message sent to it starts a run. An Agent-mode Connector node reads the raw email and parses out the sender, subject, and message body, then creates a new lead item on your Monday board so every inquiry lands in your pipeline automatically.
The Prompt
Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:
Build a workflow that triggers whenever an email arrives at a Mailhook address. Read the email and pull out the sender's name and address, the subject line, and the message body. Then create a new lead item on my Monday CRM board, putting the sender as the item name and the subject and message body into columns. Set the lead status to "New".
Connectors Used
- Mailhook - the trigger; a dedicated inbound address that starts the workflow on every incoming email.
- Monday - creates the lead item on your CRM board.
Customize It
Change the board name, the lead status value, or which fields map to which columns directly in the prompt. You can also tell Miraxa to set a priority, tag a sales owner, or only create a lead when the subject contains keywords like "quote" or "demo".
Tips
- Make sure your Monday connection has access to the target board before the first run.
- Agent mode handles messy, free-form email bodies well; switch the lead-creation step to Direct mode later if you want one exact tool call and no AI cost.
- Forward or auto-route your "sales@" inbox to the Mailhook address so existing inquiries flow in.
