Knowledge and Resend: Cited Email Reply with Agent Review Template

This Spojit template turns inbound customer questions into drafted, source-cited email replies that an agent approves before they send from your own domain.

What It Builds

An Email trigger picks up incoming customer questions. A Knowledge node in Query mode searches your help collection and pulls the supporting passages, which an Agent-mode Connector node uses to draft a cited answer. A Human node pauses for an agent to review and approve the draft, and once approved a Resend node sends the reply from your verified domain. Reject the draft and nothing goes out.

The Prompt

Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:

Build a workflow that triggers on a new customer email, queries my support knowledge collection for passages that answer the question, drafts a polite reply that cites the sources it used, pauses for a support agent to approve or reject the draft, and once approved sends the reply to the customer from my domain using Resend.

Connectors Used

  • Email trigger - starts a run whenever a customer question arrives in the connected inbox.
  • Knowledge - Query mode retrieves the passages that back the answer.
  • Human - an agent approves or rejects the drafted reply.
  • Resend - sends the approved reply from your verified sending domain.

Customize It

Tell Miraxa which collection to query, the tone of the draft, and who should approve (a specific user, role, or team). You can also name the from address and subject line, or add a fallback when no confident passages are found.

Tips

  • Verify your sending domain in Resend before going live so replies pass authentication.
  • Embed your help docs into a persistent Knowledge collection first so the Query node has something to cite.
  • Set a timeout and urgency on the Human node so unreviewed drafts do not stall indefinitely.
