Front and Knowledge: RFP and Pre-Sales Answer Draft Template

This Spojit template watches your sales inbox for pre-sales and RFP questions, pulls the answers from your product knowledge, and drafts a cited Front reply for a rep to review and send.

What It Builds

An Email trigger polls your sales inbox for incoming pre-sales questions. A Knowledge node queries your product and FAQ collection for the relevant facts, then an Agent-mode Connector node uses those passages to draft a clear, cited reply and saves it as a draft on the matching Front conversation. A rep reviews, edits, and sends, so nothing goes out unchecked.

The Prompt

Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:

Build a workflow that triggers when a new email arrives in our sales inbox. Query our product knowledge collection for facts that answer the buyer's questions, then draft a friendly, accurate reply that cites the source documents and leaves any unknown questions flagged for a human. Save that draft on the matching Front conversation so a rep can review and send it.

Connectors Used

  • Email trigger - watches your sales inbox and starts a run per incoming question.
  • Knowledge - queries your product and FAQ collection for cited answers.
  • Front - saves the generated reply as a draft on the matching conversation.

Customize It

Change the inbox the trigger watches, point the Knowledge query at a specific collection, and adjust the tone or length of the reply in the prompt. You can also tell it to tag or assign the Front conversation, or to only draft when its confidence is high.

Tips

  • Keep your Knowledge collection current: the draft is only as accurate as the documents you embed.
  • The Front connector saves a draft, not an outgoing send, so a rep always has the final say.
  • Use Agent mode for the drafting step so the AI can weave cited passages into a natural reply.
