Revel to MarketMan Inventory Depletion Sync Template

A scheduled Spojit workflow that reads sold quantities from Revel orders and updates the matching inventory counts in MarketMan, so POS sales keep your stock levels accurate.

What It Builds

A Schedule trigger fires on your chosen cadence, a Revel Connector node in Direct mode reads the orders sold since the last run, and a Loop totals the quantity sold per item. A MarketMan Connector node then sets each item's inventory count so depletion from sales flows straight into your stock records.

The Prompt

Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:

Build a workflow that runs every morning at 6am, reads all Revel orders placed in the last 24 hours, sums the quantity sold for each menu item, and updates the matching inventory count in MarketMan so each item's stock is reduced by the amount sold.

Connectors Used

  • Schedule trigger - runs the sync on a 5-field cron schedule in your time zone.
  • Revel - reads orders and sold quantities from your POS.
  • MarketMan - sets the updated inventory counts for matching items.

Customize It

Change the schedule from daily to hourly, adjust the lookback window so it matches your run frequency, or filter to a single location or item category. You can also map Revel item names to MarketMan SKUs in the prompt if your catalogs use different identifiers.

Tips

  • Keep the schedule cadence and lookback window aligned so no sales are double-counted or skipped.
  • Use Direct mode on both Connector nodes for predictable, no-AI-cost reads and writes.
  • Confirm your MarketMan connection has write scope before the first live run.
