Klaviyo Restaurant Win-Back Template

A Spojit template that runs on a schedule, finds Klaviyo profiles who have not ordered recently, and triggers a win-back event so lapsed diners get a return offer.

What It Builds

A Schedule trigger fires the workflow on a recurring cadence (for example, every Monday morning). A Klaviyo Connector node looks up profiles whose last order falls outside your chosen window, a Condition node keeps only the truly lapsed ones, and a final Klaviyo Connector node tracks a custom win-back event on each profile so your existing Klaviyo flow can send the return offer.

The Prompt

Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:

Build a workflow that runs every Monday at 9am. Find Klaviyo profiles whose last order was more than 60 days ago, and for each one track a custom "Win-Back Eligible" event in Klaviyo with their name, last order date, and days since their last visit, so a return-offer flow can email them.

Connectors Used

  • Schedule trigger - runs the win-back check on a recurring cron cadence in your timezone.
  • Klaviyo - reads lapsed profiles and tracks the win-back event that launches your offer flow.

Customize It

Change 60 days to match your dining cycle, swap the Monday at 9am schedule, or rename the Win-Back Eligible event to match the Klaviyo flow you already have. You can also add fields like favorite location or lifetime spend to the event payload so your offer copy personalizes itself, all in the same prompt.

Tips

  • Your Klaviyo connection needs read access to profiles and permission to track events.
  • Use a Connector node in Direct mode for the event-tracking step so each profile is updated with no AI cost.
  • Keep the offer logic (subject lines, discount codes) inside Klaviyo so marketing can edit it without touching the workflow.
