Revel and Shopify: Menu-to-Catalog Price Sync Template
Keep your Shopify online catalog priced exactly like your in-store Revel menu, automatically, on a schedule.
What It Builds
This Spojit template runs on a Schedule trigger. It pulls current product prices from Revel using a Connector node in Direct mode, matches each item to the corresponding Shopify product by SKU, and updates the Shopify price when it differs. The result is an online catalog that mirrors your point-of-sale pricing without anyone re-keying numbers.
The Prompt
Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:
Build a workflow that runs every morning at 6am, pulls all product prices from Revel, matches each item to the Shopify product with the same SKU, and updates the Shopify price whenever it differs from Revel so my online catalog always matches my in-store menu pricing.
Connectors Used
- Schedule trigger - runs the sync on a cron schedule in your timezone.
- Revel - reads current menu product prices.
- Shopify - looks up the matching product and updates its price.
Customize It
Change the run time or frequency in the prompt (for example hourly, or twice a day). Swap the match key from SKU to barcode if that is how your catalogs line up, and add a rule to only update when the price difference exceeds a threshold to avoid noise from rounding.
