Monday.com and Slack: Stale Lead Nudge Template
A scheduled Spojit workflow that finds Monday.com leads with no recent activity and posts a nudge to Slack so reps re-engage stalled prospects.
What It Builds
A Schedule trigger runs on the cron you choose. A Monday.com Connector node pulls leads from your sales board and a Condition node keeps only the ones whose last activity date is older than your threshold. A Slack Connector node then posts each stale lead to a channel so the owning rep gets a clear, timely nudge.
The Prompt
Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:
Build a workflow that runs every weekday at 9am, finds leads on my Monday.com sales board whose last activity was more than 7 days ago, and posts a message to the #sales Slack channel listing each stale lead's name, owner, stage, and days since last activity so reps can follow up.
Connectors Used
- Schedule trigger - runs on a 5-field cron and IANA time zone you set.
- Monday.com - reads leads and their last activity date from your board.
- Slack - posts the nudge to a channel.
Customize It
Change the run time in the prompt, the staleness window (for example 14 days instead of 7), the board or group name, and the destination channel. You can also adjust which fields appear in each Slack line, such as stage, deal value, or a direct link back to the Monday.com item.
Tips
- Connect Monday.com and Slack with the right scopes first so the workflow can read your board and post messages.
- Use a Direct mode Slack node for a fixed message format with no AI cost; switch to Agent mode if you want Miraxa to summarize the leads.
- If the board has many stale leads, ask for one grouped summary message rather than one post per lead to avoid channel noise.
