Klaviyo and Slack: Campaign Performance Digest Template

A scheduled Spojit workflow that pulls recent Klaviyo campaigns, summarizes how they performed, and posts a clean digest to a Slack marketing channel every day.

What It Builds

A Schedule trigger fires once a day and a Klaviyo Connector node pulls your recent campaigns and their open and click stats. A Connector node in Agent mode reviews the numbers, spots the trends worth flagging, and writes a short summary. A Slack Connector node in Direct mode then posts that digest to your marketing channel so the team starts the day with the headline metrics.

The Prompt

Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:

Build a workflow that runs every morning at 8am, pulls my Klaviyo campaigns sent in the last 24 hours along with their open and click rates, summarizes the open and click trends in a few sentences, and posts that digest to the #marketing channel in Slack with each campaign name and its rates.

Connectors Used

  • Schedule trigger - runs the workflow on a daily cron in your timezone.
  • Klaviyo - retrieves recent campaigns and their open and click metrics.
  • Slack - posts the finished digest to your chosen channel.

Customize It

Change the time and frequency in the prompt to match your team (a weekly Monday digest works well too), point it at a different channel such as #growth, and widen the window from 24 hours to 7 days. You can also ask Miraxa to call out only campaigns whose open rate falls below a threshold you set.

Tips

  • Your Klaviyo connection needs read access to campaign and metric data.
  • Keep the Slack post in Direct mode for a single, predictable message; let the summarizing step run in Agent mode where judgment helps.
  • Add the Slack channel name explicitly so the digest always lands in the right place.
