Stripe and Klaviyo: High-Spend VIP Segment Template
A Spojit template that totals each customer's recent Stripe charges every night and adds your biggest spenders to a Klaviyo VIP segment.
What It Builds
A Schedule trigger fires nightly and a Stripe Connector node pulls recent charges. A Transform node groups charges by customer and sums each total, a Condition node keeps anyone over your spend threshold, and a Klaviyo Connector node adds those high-value buyers to a VIP segment so they receive exclusive campaigns.
The Prompt
Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:
Build a workflow that runs every night, totals each customer's Stripe charges from the last 30 days, and for anyone who spent more than 500 dollars, adds them to my Klaviyo "VIP Customers" segment using their email address.
Connectors Used
- Schedule trigger - runs the workflow on a nightly cron in your timezone.
- Stripe - lists recent charges to total spend per customer.
- Klaviyo - adds qualifying buyers to a VIP segment.
Customize It
Change the numbers in the prompt to tune it: the lookback window (30 days), the spend threshold (500 dollars), and the destination segment name ("VIP Customers"). You can also ask Spojit to match on Stripe customer ID instead of email, or to remove customers who drop below the threshold.
Tips
- Use a read-only Stripe API key scope for the charge lookup; Klaviyo needs list and profile write access.
- Keep the Stripe and Klaviyo steps in Direct mode for predictable, no-AI-cost runs.
- Confirm the Klaviyo segment exists first so profiles land in the right place.
