Knowledge and Slack: Daily FAQ Digest Template
Each morning, this Spojit template queries your FAQ knowledge collection for the most-asked topics and posts a short digest of answers to a team Slack channel.
What It Builds
A Schedule trigger fires every weekday morning. A Knowledge node runs in Query mode against a persistent FAQ collection, pulling concise answers for your most common questions. A Slack Connector node in Direct mode then posts the formatted digest to a channel so the team starts the day with the latest answers in one place.
The Prompt
Paste this into Miraxa and it builds the workflow, connecting the tools for you:
Build a workflow that runs every weekday at 8am, queries my "FAQ" knowledge collection for answers to our most-asked topics, formats them into a short digest, and posts it to the #team-faq channel in Slack with a heading and one answer per topic.
Connectors Used
- Schedule trigger - runs the digest on a daily cron in your timezone.
- Knowledge node (Query mode) - reads answers from your persistent FAQ collection.
- Slack - posts the digest message to a team channel.
Customize It
Adjust the schedule time and days, swap the collection name, change the target channel (for example #support), or tell Miraxa how many topics to include and whether to add links back to source documents.
Tips
- Embed your FAQ documents into the collection first so Query mode has content to draw from.
- Use Direct mode on the Slack node for a single, predictable post with no AI cost.
- Keep the digest short: ask Miraxa to cap each answer at a sentence or two.
